Read refund policy carefully before buying any product from big-pharmacy. All important guidelines and information is given that’s must to know before making a purchase. The product reaches customer doorstep on the exact time specified against each product. However, if due to any reason if ever the product delivery gets delayed, and during investigation if confirmed delay took place because of our mistake, then the order can be cancelled and the entire sum will be refunded. Going through refund policy is important to know in what all other conditions refund take place. Conditions are adverted below under which only our refund policy comes into action.
Customers have to get in touch with our customer support via email or call at our toll free number. Customer support will ask for order number. Provide with the same. Also mention the reason for refund. Customer support will check the details and validate the request.
Refunds can be invalidated under the following conditions:
- If customer has provided wrong address while placing an order, due to which the product was delivered at the wrong address.
- If customer does not provide Return Authorization Number while placing a request for refund.
- If request for refund is placed after 30 days of delivery.
- If during probe it’s found product delivery was not late due to mistake from our side.
Payments are always refunded to the source account only. The entire procedure can take 5-7 business days.
